Welcome to Snugglepotts Children's Centre!
Snugglepotts caters for ages between 3 months to 6 years. We are a registered long day care centre that provides care for local families. The centre incorporates a play-based program – a context for learning through which children organise and make sense of their social worlds, as they engage actively with people, objects and representations. (Early Childhood Curriculum for Australia).
Specialised Additional Children's Programs
Along with the existing educational programs in your children’s room, the centre also provides extra specialised programs from the community in the following areas:
- Hey Dee Ho – From relaxation and mindfulness to playing musical instruments to high-energy dances, hey dee ho’s programs engage and enhance children’s learning and fine motor development in a fun, play-based environment.
- Sports4Kinders – An exciting, energetic and enjoyable incursion aimed at developing children in all areas of development by exercising their mind (cognitive) and body (physical).
Government Rebates
- Combined Family Income – a family’s income will determine the percentage of subsidy they are eligible for
- Activity test – the number of hours of subsidised care families can access will be determined by an activity test
- Service type – type of child care service
As of July 2, 2018 there were also changes to the annual cap which will make child care more affordable for most families. Families earning $186,958 or less will have no cap on the amount of child care they can receive. Families earning over $186,958 and under $351,248 will benefit from an increase in the current cap of $7,613 to $10,190 per child, per year. Families are also eligible to receive payments for Family Tax Benefit A & B.

Snugglepots is a very cozy and warm place. Our two year old boy loves his carers and gets to do lots of fun and interesting activities.
Our 2 year old son has just started to attend Snugglepotts and has settled in very easily thanks to the caring and attentive staff that look after him. The centre has a very homely feel. He loves playing in the outdoor area and also joining in the many indoor activities that are offered. We are very happy that Snugglepotts Is the Centre we chose to send our son to.
I am so very happy with Snugglepots. I am a first time mum and so leaving my little boy earlier this year was a little nerve wracking! I didnt need to worry. The team are absolutely fantastic and they give him so much love. I love that from the beginning every staff member knew my boy by name and greeted him with love and effection, even the girls not in the nursery room.
I love the photos and updates we get every day, seeing all the kids smiling and happy. It is a small centre and it feels very calm and welcoming.

Our 3 year old daughter has attended Snugglepotts for the last 18months. She is loving it, and always comes home telling us of all the new things she learned and experienced. The staff are warm and caring, and offer a wonderful nurturing environment for little ones to grow. As parents we would happily recommend Snugglepotts to other families.
We love Snugglepotts. Our two children (1 y/o and 3 y/o) actually look forward to going in the mornings, there are never any tears. They always have so much fun. The educators are fantastic, and the photo’s they put up at the end of the day are priceless. We couldn’t recommend this childcare enough. 5 stars!
We love snugglepotts. I really can’t fault the place at all. Our daughter is so happy there and I never worry about her – I know she is safe. Great extra curricular activities like Jumparoo and Chinese lessons. Small and kind. Thank you!
