At Snugglepotts we believe in working as a team in a supportive and
professional environment. We provide continuity of care through the employment of experienced permanent early childhood professionals.
Management: The directors own and operate the centre working directly with early childhood professionals, children and their families. With over twenty years experience in the Early Childhood field, and having children of their own, they are aware of the needs that staff and families at the centre require.
The management team offer staff regular professional development courses, along with opportunities for staff to further their education in the early childhood profession. This may be completed through a traineeship or an institute.

The team at Snugglepotts are professional early childhood educators that are committed to your child’s wellbeing. We aim to provide a safe, secure, meaningful and engaging environment for all children that attend the centre. The team is active and up to date in the early childhood field through regular professional development opportunities as well as early childhood subscriptions and up-to-date literature from the centre resource library. We are committed to providing continuity of care and attracting a rich professional working environment.
The team of professionals at Snugglepotts are experienced in the early childhood field. We have a range of qualifications that our staff hold.
These include:
- Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education/Studies, Kindergarten Teacher
- Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services, Qualified Room Leaders or Second in Charge (2IC).
- Diploma in Children’s Services, Qualified Room Leaders
- Certificate III in Children’s Services, Qualified Room Assistants
